1. Who we are

Drama Plus is operated by AbdoDev in Morocco for a global, multilingual audience. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

2. Information we handle

• Account details such as your email, name, profile image, sign-in identifier and authentication information. Guest use also creates an app account identifier.
• Language preferences, viewing and search activity, saved titles, likes, and coin and reward activity.
• Technical information such as IP address, device/app details, notification tokens and diagnostic information. Advertising services may also handle advertising identifiers, ad interactions and approximate location inferred from IP addresses.
• Messages and contact details you provide when requesting help, reporting content or exercising your privacy rights.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to operate accounts and streaming, remember preferences and progress, provide recommendations and rewards, deliver notifications and ads, answer requests, and protect the service against fraud and abuse. Where applicable, our legal bases are providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, and consent where required.

4. Services that help us operate

We use Google Firebase for authentication and push notifications, Google AdMob for ads and rewarded ads, and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These providers receive information necessary for their roles. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the service and respond to you. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

See the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Providers may process data outside your country, including Morocco and other countries where they operate; applicable cross-border data protection requirements still apply.

5. Ads, notifications and device storage

Drama Plus includes ads and optional rewarded ads. Our current ad requests ask for non-personalized ads; this does not prevent technical data collection for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. You can manage advertising identifiers and notification permissions in your device settings. Where consent is legally required, a privacy policy alone does not replace that consent.

The app stores session information, preferences and cached content on your device. Website delivery and security services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies. Clearing local data or uninstalling the app does not delete your server-side account.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account information while your account is active to provide the service. In-app deletion immediately removes profile details and disables account access, then starts cleanup of associated data. Failed cleanup steps are retried. Email deletion requests are processed within 7 days; we may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.

Deletion is not an instant erasure of every record: limited coin/accounting and deletion records remain, and some activity records are retained under pseudonymous identifiers for usage totals and abuse prevention. Pseudonymous records are not necessarily anonymous. Contact us for questions about retained records or requests to delete specific data. See Account & Data Deletion for the request methods.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update available profile and language settings, disable notifications, and request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data at [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to your local data protection authority. We may verify your identity before acting; never send your password or a login code.

8. Security

We use measures such as encrypted connections, protected authentication credentials and access restrictions to safeguard information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report suspected account misuse to [email protected].

9. Minimum age

Drama Plus is intended for people aged 15 and older, not children under 15. If local law requires a higher age or parental authorization for your use or data processing, those requirements also apply. If you believe an underage person has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
