Delete your Drama Plus account in the app or request deletion by email. No website sign-in is required.

Delete in the app
Open Drama Plus → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Read the confirmation and complete deletion. Account access and profile details are removed immediately; associated data cleanup starts automatically and is retried if interrupted.
Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the email linked to your Drama Plus account. Use the subject “Drama Plus account and data deletion request” and tell us you want your account deleted. We process email deletion requests within 7 days. We may need to verify ownership to protect your account.

This link opens your email app with a draft. You must press Send there; this website does not submit a request automatically. If the link does not open, copy the address above into your email service.
Lost access to your email or using a guest account? Contact the same address with your app user ID if available; we will help verify the account. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. You can also contact us to request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account.
What is removed
Your profile and sign-in details, preferences, watch progress, search history, notifications and related account data are removed through cleanup. Your coin balance is closed, and saved titles, likes and other personal activity are no longer available to you. The associated Firebase sign-in identity is also scheduled for deletion. This cannot be undone.
What remains
Limited coin/accounting and deletion records remain. Some activity records are retained under pseudonymous identifiers for usage totals and abuse prevention; pseudonymous does not mean fully anonymous. If you want details about retained records or their deletion, contact [email protected]. The 7-day request period is not a promise to erase every retained record.
